专利说明:

The present invention refers to a gas cooking point for a cooking plate, and a cooking plate.
In most cases, a gas cooking point has several gas burners, each of which has a gas injector that is configured to inject fuel gas into a mixing chamber of the respective gas burner. When the combustible gas flows into the mixing chamber, primary air is sucked into it, flowing laterally next to the gas injector, and there it is mixed with the combustible gas.
To improve the efficiency of the gas burner, the preheating of the primary air is known.
Patent DE 801 226 B describes a gas burner with a heat exchanger, through which the combustible gas and the primary air are spirally directed in the direction of the central axis of the gas burner. Here, primary air and combustible gas absorb the
heat transmitted from the flame of the gas burner to the bottom of the burner and, thereby, to the heat exchanger, thus producing a preheating of the combustible gas and the primary air.
Given this background, the present invention solves the technical problem of providing an improved gas cooking point.
Therefore, a gas cooking point is proposed for a cooking plate, with several gas burners having a lower burner part and an upper burner part disposed on the lower burner part, with a cooking hob tray , with a cover plate to cover the cooking hob tray, and with an intermediate wall arranged between the cooking hob tray and the
cover plate. The lower burner part is disposed between the cooking hob tray and the cover plate, where the primary air is supplied to the gas burner through an intermediate space disposed between the intermediate wall and the cover plate.
When the primary air is preferably supplied only through the space
intermediate disposed between the intermediate wall and the cover plate, the primary air can be heated by the exhaust heat emitted by the cover plate. In this way, it
the temperature of the primary air-fuel gas mixture increases, thereby achieving better combustion of the combustible gas, which increases the efficiency of the gas burner and reduces the emission of harmful gases. In addition, the burner flame temperature is increased, thereby improving the heat transfer process of the burner flame to a cooking product container, and reducing energy loss through absorbed thermal energy by the bottom of the burner, being a part of the heat of escape from the bottom of the burner used to heat the primary air. Therefore, an external energy source is not necessary to heat the primary air. The temperature is reduced below the cooking hob, so that
other elements of the cooking point are subjected to less heat. The primary air supply is made from above the cover plate to an interior space of the cooking hob.
According to one embodiment, the intermediate wall is connected to the cooking hob in a fixed manner.
The intermediate wall can be, for example, heat welded, tinned, glued, riveted
or screwed with the cooking hob tray.
According to another embodiment, the intermediate wall has a funnel-shaped concavity in which the lower burner part is available.
Preferably, the intermediate wall has several such shaped concavities
funnel in which the lower burner parts of several burners are available.
According to another embodiment, a front edge of the concavity is fixedly connected to the cooking hob tray.
The front edge is preferably annular, and can be, for example, heat-welded, screwed, glued, tinned or riveted with the cooking hob.
According to another embodiment, a surrounding outer edge of the intermediate wall is fixedly connected to the cooking countertop tray.
The intermediate wall preferably has a rectangular geometry, and the outer edge runs around the intermediate wall. The outer edge of the intermediate wall can
be, for example, heat-welded, tinned, joined by beading, riveted or screwed with the cooking hob.
According to another embodiment, the lower part of the burner is fixed to the plate of
cover.
Preferably, the lower part of the burner is made in two pieces, being able to present an injector housing section and a mixing chamber section. The
injector housing section and the mixing chamber section may be plugged together and, preferably, the mixing chamber section is screwed with the cover plate.
According to another embodiment, the intermediate space is made in such a way that the primary air is preheated when flowing through it.
The transmission of heat to the primary air can be influenced by varying the height or thickness of the intermediate space.
According to another embodiment, the primary air is preheated in the intermediate space as heat is transmitted from the cover plate to the primary air flowing through the intermediate space.
In the intermediate space, heat transfer elements may also be provided, for example, plates of a heat exchanger. In this way, heat can be better transmitted to primary air.
Likewise, a cooking plate with a gas cooking point of the exposed type is proposed.
The cooking plate is preferably part of a household appliance.
According to one embodiment, the cooking plate has several gas burners, a cooking hob tray, a cover plate for covering the cooking hob tray, and an intermediate wall arranged between the cooking hob tray and the cover plate.
According to another embodiment, the cooking plate is integrable in a countertop.
The hob can comprise the countertop, and is recessed in it. The cover plate can rest on the countertop and, preferably, the cover plate of the cooking plate is arranged flush with the countertop.
According to another embodiment, a supply strip is arranged next to a marginal section of the cover plate opposite a control panel of the cooking plate
of primary air to supply primary air to the intermediate space provided between the wall
intermediate and cover plate.
For this, a corresponding opening can be provided on the cover plate, through which the primary air can enter the intermediate space.
Other possible implementations of the gas cooking point and / or the cooking plate also comprise combinations not explicitly mentioned of features or embodiments described above, or below, in relation to the embodiments. Here, the person skilled in the art will also add to the respective basic form of the gas cooking point and / or the cooking plate particular aspects such as
 improvements or complements.
Other configurations and advantageous aspects of the gas cooking point and / or of the cooking plate are subject to the secondary claims, as well as the examples of embodiment of the gas cooking point and / or the cooking plate described below. The gas cooking point and / or the cooking plate are explained below.
in detail by means of preferred embodiments, reference being made to the attached figures.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic sectional view of an embodiment of a gas cooking point;
Fig. 2 shows another schematic sectional view of the gas cooking point according to figure 1;
Fig. 3 shows a schematic side view of an embodiment of an intermediate wall of a cooking hob pan of the gas cooking point;
Fig. 4 shows a schematic top view of the intermediate wall according to figure 3; Y
Fig. 5 shows a schematic perspective view of the intermediate wall according to figure 3.
In the figures, the same or equal function elements have been provided with the same reference symbols, as long as nothing else is indicated.
Figure 1 shows a schematic sectional view of a gas cooking point 1 for a cooking plate 2, and Figure 2 shows an enlarged sectional view of the point of
gas cooking 1. Next, reference is made simultaneously to Figures 1 and 2.
The cooking plate 2 comprises the gas cooking point 1, and can have several gas cooking points 1. The gas cooking point 1 can have several gas burners 3. In figure 1, two burners are shown. gas 3, although the amount of gas burners 3 can be any. Each gas burner 3 can be
assigned a gas regulating valve operable by means of a control handle 4. The control handle (s) 4 are arranged next to a control panel 5 of the cooking plate 2.
Next to the gas burners 3, the gas cooking point 1 has a cooking hob 6 and a cover plate 7 to cover the worktop
cooking 6. The cover plate 7 is, for example, a ceramic hob, although it can also be made of a steel plate. On the cover plate 7 there is arranged a support for cooking product container or pot holder 8.
As shown in Figure 2, the gas burner 3 has a lower burner part 9 and an upper burner part 10 arranged on the lower burner part 9. The upper burner part 10 is supported on the lower burner part 9, which is preferably made in two pieces. The lower part of the burner 9 has an injector housing section 11, in which a gas injector 12 is housed, and further comprises a mixing chamber section 13, comprising a mixing tube or a mixing chamber 14 for mixing. primary air L with
fuel gas. The primary air L is symbolized in figure 2 by arrows. The mixing chamber 14 acts as a Venturi tube, that is, the gas injector 12 injects combustible gas into the mixing chamber 14, so that primary air L is sucked into the mixing chamber 14 by flowing sideways along the side gas injector 12, and there it is mixed with the combustible gas.
The injector housing section 11 also has a flange housing section 15, into which a tubular flange 16 of the mixing chamber section 13 is pluggable. The mixing chamber section 13 is plugged in or pressurized into the injector housing section 11. The lower part of burner 9 and, in particular, the injector housing section 11, is disposed between the countertop tray
cooking 6 and the cover plate 7. Preferably, the mixing chamber section 13 is supported with a surrounding flange 17 on the cover plate 7. In order to drive the gas burner 3 through the plate cover 7, there is provided an opening 18, which is, for example, circular. The lower part of burner 9 and, in particular, the
mixing chamber section 13, can be fixedly attached, in particular,
screwed, with cover plate 7.
Between the cooking hob 6 and the cover plate 7 there is an intermediate wall 19. The cooking hob 6 can have the intermediate wall 19. Preferably, the intermediate wall 19 is fixedly connected, in particular, heat-welded, with the cooking hob tray 6. Between the intermediate wall 19 and the cover plate 7 there is an intermediate space 20. The primary air L is supplied to the gas burner 3 and, in particular, to the lower part of burner 9, only through the intermediate space 20 provided between the intermediate wall 19 and the cover plate
 7.
By supplying the primary air L only through the intermediate space 20, the exhaust heat can be transmitted from the cover plate 7, heated by the gas burner 3, to the primary air L. In this way, the temperature of the primary air L, also increasing the temperature of the primary air-combustible gas mixture in the mixing chamber 14, whereby better combustion is obtained. Thus, the efficiency of the gas burner 3 is increased and the emission of harmful gases is reduced. In addition, the burner flame temperature is increased, thereby improving the heat transfer process to a cooking product container, and reducing energy loss through the heated burner bottom 9, since which also emits
exhaust heat to the primary air L. Thus, external thermal energy can be dispensed with to preheat the primary air L. Also, the temperature below the cooking hob 6 is reduced, so that other components of the cooking point are protected from excessive heating.
As shown in Figure 1, the cooking plate 2 can be embedded in a
Countertop 21. The cooking plate 2 can have the countertop 21. The cover plate 7 can rest on the countertop 21 and, in particular, the gas cooking point 1 is embedded in the countertop 21. The cover plate 7 can also be oriented flush with countertop 21.
As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the intermediate wall 19 has at least one funnel-shaped concavity 22, in which the lower burner part is available
9. A leading edge 23 of the recess 22 is fixedly connected, by way of example, heat-welded, tinned, glued, screwed, or riveted with the cooking countertop tray 6. In addition, also a surrounding outer edge 24 (see Figures 3 to 5) of the intermediate wall 19 may be fixedly connected with the countertop tray of
cooking 6. As an example, the outer edge 24 and the cooking hob 6
they are joined together by beading, or fixedly otherwise.
The combustible gas enters the mixing chamber 14 from the gas injector 12. In this way, as shown in Figure 2 by arrows, the primary air L is 5 sucked through the intermediate space 20 in the direction of the lower part of burner 9, also flowing through the lower part of burner 9 which, like the cover plate 7, transmits heat to the primary air L. In the mixing chamber 14, the combustible gas and the primary air L heated mix together. The primary fuel-air gas mixture is conducted from the mixing chamber 14 to the top of the burner 10, where it comes from
10 through gas distribution nozzles, and burns.
As shown in Figure 1, a primary air supply strip 26 can be provided next to a marginal section 25 of the cover plate 7 opposite a control panel 5 of the cooking plate 2 to supply the primary air L to the intermediate space 20, for which a corresponding opening can be provided in the cover plate 7.
